Which dress will work for this party?
Can I wear this to work and then in the evening?

Even if you never order a cocktail, you still might need several cocktail dresses.  The term "cocktail dress" has come to mean an elegant, semi-formal dress, usually about knee-length, worn to special occasions. It can be an LBD ("little black dress") or a colorful sparkly dress.  It can be a nice dress you wore to work, or an over-the-top sexy little dress you've always wanted to wear...somewhere....  You just want to be sure the dress fits you, and the occasion.

If you're like me, your closet contains several LBD's and sparkly dresses just waiting for the next party invitation (post COVID of course).  But I'm always on the lookout for the perfect dress to add to the collection, and sometimes for a special party, even a rental. You can click on any photo if you want to purchase, or want more information.  As availability changes, or as I see new items I love, I'll update this page.

This lovely rose-colored chiffon dress from TBDress features a jewel neck with appliques. The dress also features a faux sash at the waist. This sheath dress is suitable for the rectangle body type. Click on the photo to go to the TBDress website.

This Marsoni LBD from New York Dress is updated with embroidered lace fabric, a V-neckline and cap sleeves.  Pair it with a black jacket or cardigan for work.  This can be a wardrobe staple.  It's good for rectangle and hourglass figures.  Click on the photo to go to the New York Dress website.
